"It's a temple for beginners who wants to reduce fat if you well know as u worship in a temple to achieve a goal as there is a trinity fitness studio for you to achieve a better transformation goal . There are 2 couches available whole day with fully trained and excellent knowledge about all workout.& one leader in every company or in every gym who provides a way and path to complete your target with good & healthy foods. As I told you about the gym there is a person (Ajay Dedha) who has bunch of knowledge and skills of different types of workout. He is strictly with their students with going on exercise after completing the exercise he is friendly with them if it was a boy or girls doesn't matter because I mostly see in many gym there is a coach but not provide a good information and talk about many supplement intake and make a bulky body. But in trinity fitness centre the whole thing is different the coach of the gym (Ajay Dedha) said don't believe on supplement believe on us how we reach our goal and also said that you can take proteins but in food not in pack jars and when I join this club I was 98kg🙁 and take so many leave then one day he motivated me so much then my journey became more likely wish to say that now after 5months of Completing the weight loosing program now today I am on 70kg and now today I was starting weight lifting program.
